About the Department of Occupational Therapy The Department of Occupational Therapy offers a professional entry degree; Master of Health Sciences in Occupational Therapy. Advanced practice graduate certificates are under development as well as a Doctoral degree program in Occupational Therapy. Occupational therapy faculty and students jointly participate in research and clinical activities. Faculty and students frequently present at regional and national conferences. The MCG Department of Occupational Therapy graduates’ mean score on the NBCOT National Certification Exam exceeds national averages. Occupational therapy graduates are considered as the employee of choice.
